Questions about becoming a caregiver
Do I need experience or certification to become a caregiver?
No prior experience or certification is required to apply. A caring attitude and reliability matter most — we provide training and support so you're ready to care with confidence.
What are the requirements to work as a caregiver?
You'll need to be at least 18, pass a background check, be legally able to work in the U.S., and have reliable transportation. A genuine desire to help older adults is the most important quality.
Is the work full-time or part-time?
Both. We offer flexible schedules — part-time, full-time, weekends, overnights, and live-in — so you can find hours that fit your life.
What does a caregiver do day to day?
Non-medical support: help with bathing and dressing, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, companionship, and errands — helping seniors stay safely at home.
